How to use your rewards
Your points live on your rewards page, not in a pop-up. Here's the whole routine.
Log in with the email you use at checkout. Same email, same points.
Open your rewards page to see your balance, everything left to earn and the rewards you can afford.
Pick a reward. Points come off your balance and you get a discount code made just for you.
Paste the code at checkout. Each code works once, on your account only, and never expires.
Points last 6 months.
Every point is good for 6 months from the day you earn it. When you redeem, your oldest points are used first.
Refunds take points back.
If an order is refunded or cancelled, the points it earned come off again. Fair's fair.
Guest orders still count.
Checked out without an account? Your points are waiting when you log in with that same email.

Your rewards page has a personal link. Send it to a friend who'd love Menmin Made. They get 5% off their first order, and you get 250 points once they make a purchase.

Questions people actually ask
Do I need an account?
To see and spend your points, yes. You'll still earn them on a guest order. They're sitting there waiting when you log in with the same email you used at checkout.
Where do I see my points?
On your rewards page. Log in first, then your balance is right at the top, along with everything you've still got left to earn.
Do my points expire?
Yes, 6 months after you earn them. Each batch of points has its own 6-month clock, so newer points stay valid after older ones expire. When you redeem, your oldest points are used first. Your rewards page shows how many points expire next and when.
Can I use a reward code with another discount?
Reward codes work like any other discount code. If a code can't be combined with the one you're already using, checkout will tell you before you pay.
How do review points work?
Every product you've bought can earn review points once: 100 points for a written review, 150 with a photo or 200 with a video. Your rewards page lists everything you've bought with a link to review each one. Points show up a few minutes after your review is published, and products from cancelled or refunded orders don't count.
What happens if I return something?
The points that order earned come off your balance. If you'd already spent them, your balance can dip to zero but never below.
I placed an order and don't see any points.
First check you're logged in with the same email you used at checkout. That's almost always it. Still missing? Email support@menminmade.com and we'll sort it out.
Is this the same as the Ambassador Program?
Different thing. Rewards is for anyone shopping here. The Ambassador Program is for people who want to share Menmin Made with their own audience and earn commission.
