Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes! We want you to love your order. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
An $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Items purchased at in-person pop-up events are final sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, email us at hello@menminmade.com with your order number and we'll get you sorted.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. U.S. orders over $79 get free shipping.
When will I receive my order?
Domestic orders (U.S.): 1-2 weeks from order date.
International orders: 4-8 weeks depending on your location and customs processing.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
Something is wrong with my order - what do I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please email hello@menminmade.com with your order number, a photo of the issue (if applicable), and a description of the problem. We'll take care of it right away.
Important: Please reach out via email only - Instagram and TikTok DMs often get buried and we can't guarantee a timely response through those channels.
I put down the wrong shipping address - can you fix it?
If you catch it early, absolutely! Email hello@menminmade.com as soon as possible and we can update the address before your order ships.
Once an order has been fulfilled and dropped off at the post office, we're unfortunately unable to make changes. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll reship it for an $8 shipping fee.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes! We're in over 100 stores nationwide and growing. Our wholesale inventory is listed on Faire, where we offer 50% off retail with a $150 minimum order.

What does my Journal Bag come with?
Each Ultimate Journal Bag includes: a pin display case, 3 built-in folders, a mesh storage bag, a removable storage case, a 6-ring binder system, a compartment and strap to hold your journal, and a cross-body strap.
