Do you offer returns?
Yes! Returns must be placed within 15 days of receiving your order. All orders must be returned in original condition with no defects. An $8 shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally to most countries.Â
When will I receive my order?
Domestic orders: 1-2 weeks
International orders (outside of USA): 4-8 weeks
Help, something is wrong with my order!
If something is wrong with your order, we will take matters to address it immediately. Please email hello@menminmade.com with your order number and the problem.
Help, I accidentally put down the wrong address or I forgot my apartment number!Â
If you put down the wrong address, please contact me immediately at hello@menminmade.com. If your order is fulfilled and has already been left at the post office, Menmin Made does not assume any responsibility for an incorrect address. I can fix this issue before your order is fulfilled, but I cannot do anything once it leaves my hands.Â
If your package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, a fee of $11 will be charged, which includes $5 for processing the package and $6 for shipping.Â

Yes, I do! Please find my inventory listed on Faire. Currently, I am able to offer 50% off retail for buyers (with a $150 minimum). If you do not see an item you are looking for, please contact me and I can accommodate to your request.
