Cancellation & Pre-Order Policy
Menmin Made does not offer subscriptions or recurring billing. We never enroll you in a plan, and we will never automatically re-charge your card. Every order is a one-time purchase.
Why did I see a notice about a "deferred, subscription, or recurring purchase"?
If you saw that message in your cart, it's because one of the items in your order is a pre-order (for example, an item marked "PRE-ORDER"). Shopify automatically shows this standard notice for any item that ships at a later date, and it groups pre-orders together with subscriptions in the wording. Rest assured: a pre-order is a single, one-time charge — not a subscription.
How pre-orders work
- You are charged the listed price once, at the time you place your order.
- Your item ships on the estimated delivery date shown on the product and in your cart (for example, "arrives July 2026"). Estimated dates can shift slightly; we'll email you if anything changes.
- If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order ships together once the pre-order item is ready, unless noted otherwise.
- There are no additional or future charges of any kind.
Cancelling a pre-order
You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. Just email us at support@menminmade.com with your order number and we'll take care of it.
Returns
Once your order has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies: returns must be placed within 15 days of receiving your order, in original condition, with an $8 shipping cost deducted from the refund.
